摘要
旅游企业的信用是指社会对旅游企业履行符合当事人利益的承诺的可能性的稳定预期。相对于个人信用,旅游企业信用具有非人格化、积累性和稳定性等特点。市场经济是信用经济。旅游企业的信用十分重要。但目前旅游企业存在旅游合同交易信用缺失、合同违约和欺诈等问题。要解决这些问题,旅游企业要加强信用管理,有关部门要加强对旅游企业市场信用的监管力度,还要充分发挥旅游协会的作用,加强旅游市场信用的行业自律建设。
The integrity of tourism enterprises refers to a stable social expectation for the possibility that tourism enterprises carry out in good faith interests of their clientsl Relative to personal integrity, the trust of tourism enterprises possess such features as impersonalization, accumulation and stability, etc. Market economy is honour economy. The good faith of tourism enterprises is of great importance. However, there still exist the following problems in the current tourism enterprises: 1. Lacking the transaction credit of tourism contracts. 2. Breach of contracts. 3. Fraud. To solve these problems, the tourism enterprises need to strengthen credit integrity management. The relevant departments ought to step up efforts in supervising the integrity of the tour market. Moreover, they should provide full play to the role of tourism associations and strengthen the industrial self-discipline construction of the tour market integrity.
