摘要
探讨了改进返矿加水润湿工艺的途径，阐述了配料实施返矿磁化水湿润后可以强化返矿作为造球核心的作用，从而提高混合料的成球速度和成球率，改善料层透气性，进一步提高烧结矿产质量。
This paper mainly discusses the improvement on sintering return fines process, expounds the function of return fines as pelletizing core after the return fines were wetted with magnetized water, thereby improving the rate of ball formation and degree of bailing and the permeability of sintering bed. As a result, the sinter output and quality were obviously increased.
