摘要 轴承滚子的外圆磨削主要是在无心外圆磨床上进行的。磨削时工件放在砂轮和导轮之间,用托板支撑进行磨削,由于托板的几何形状属于长薄板,机械加工和热处理容易变形,通过研究提出了解决方案。 The external circle of the conic roller of bearing is grinded mainly on the grinder of centerless external circle. When the roller is grinded, itis laid between the grinding wheel and guide wheel and is supported by the supporting board .As a result of the geometrical shape of the supporting board is long and thin, it is distorted easily through mechanical process and heat treatment. I do research to find the answer.
