摘要
采用随机区组试验研究了石灰和含水量对猴头菇菌丝生长和产量的影响,结果表明,料水比为1:1.3~1.4时,菌丝生长速度快、粗壮、浓密,子实体产量高,潮次整齐;石灰可控制杂菌的污染,但对猴头菇生长有一定的抑制作用,浓度在1.0%以下时,抑制作用不明显,且对产量影响较小,因此,培养料内石灰含量宜控制在1.0%以内。
The effects of of lime and water content on mycelium growth and yield of Hericium erinaceus were studied by randomized block experiment.The results showed that the mycelium grows fast and sturdy, high-yield of fruit body, tidal times neat when the ratio of materials and water is 1:1.3-1.4. Lime can control the polution of other microbial but have some inhibiting effects on Hericium erinaceus growth. The inhibiting effects were not obvious, and less impact on yield when the lime content below 1.0%, which indicted that the lime content should be controlled below 1.0%.
