摘要
目的探讨窒息低氧对新生儿NK细胞(CD16+,CD16+CD56+)占淋巴细胞比值的影响。方法采用流式细胞术测定重度窒息新生儿29例、轻度窒息31例窒息第2天、第7天,及30例我院出生的健康对照组新生儿出生第2天外周血液NK细胞(CD16+,CD16+CD56+)占淋巴细胞的比值。结果轻度窒息新生儿NK细胞(CD16+,CD16+CD56+)占淋巴细胞的比例分别为(0.72±0.17)(窒息第2天)、(1.48±0.22)(窒息第7天)。重度分别为(0.39±0.20)(窒息第2天)、(0.38±0.13)(窒息第7天),均显著低于健康对照组(6.56±1.66),(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义,且重度窒息低于轻度窒息P<0.05,随窒息程度加重而显著减少。重度窒息第2天与第7天比较差异无统计学意义,且重度窒息低于轻度窒息P<0.05,随窒息程度加重而显著减少。重度窒息第2天与第7天比较差异无统计学意义P>0.05。结论NK细胞在窒息低氧后杀伤活性明显降低,且与窒息程度呈负相关,随着窒息的恢复,窒息患儿的免疫功能不能恢复正常。
Objective To explore the influence of asphyxia on ratio NK cell( CD16^+, CD16^+ CD56^+ )in lymph cell in neonates. Methods The concentration of the ratio NK cell( CD16^+ ,CD16^+ CD56^+ )in lymph cell were determined in 29 lightly and 31 weightily asphyxial neonates on day2, day7 comparing with 30 normal neonates on day2 after birth. Results Level of ratio NK cell of 29 lightly were(0.72 ± 0.17)in 2d,and ( 1.48 ±0.22)in 7d; Level of ratio NK cell of 31 weightily was(0.39 ± 0.20) in 2d, and(0.38 ± 0.13 ) in 7d. Level of ratio NK cell in lymph cell in asphyxial neonates was significanly lower than that in normal neonates( 6.56 ± 1.66 ) ( P 〈 0.05 ), and with a decreased trend following severity of asphyxia( P 〈 0.05) . In asphyxia neonates the level of NK cell were no significant differents on day2, day7 ( P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion The activities of Nk cell in asphyxil neonates decrease significantly comparing with the healthy group, had a negative correlation with asphyxia. With the recovery of asphyxia, immunologic function was not recovery in asphyxia neonates.
