摘要
目的总结70例高血压脑出血外科手术治疗的经验,探讨高血压脑出血患者的手术适应症、手术时机、手术方式、术后处理。方法采用回顾性方法分析70例高血压脑出血手术治疗患者的临床资料。结果70例患者中,70例得到随访,随访时间>6个月,按GOS评分,死亡20例,植物生存0例,重残15例,中残25例,良好10例。结论对高血压脑出血患者的手术治疗,应掌握好指征、时机、选择好术式、重视术后处理。
