摘要
渗氮钢38CrMoAl(%:0.35~0.42C、0.20~0.45Si、0.30~0.60Mn、1.35~1.65Cr、0.15~0.25Mo、0.70~1.10Al)由100 t EBT DC EAF-100 t LF-200 mm×200 mm,150 mm×150 mm方坯连铸机流程生产。通过出钢过程加60%Al,LF加40%Al,高碱度渣吹氩精炼,精炼末期喂Φ16 mm 28Ca-55Si线,加大中间包浸入式水口内径,全程保护浇铸等工艺措施成功生产出38CrMoAl钢,可连浇5炉钢,轧材总氧含量为(5~8)×10^(6),各项性能均满足用户要求。
Nitriding steel 38CrMoM (0.35-0.42C, 0.20 ~0.45Si, 0.30 ~0.60Mn, 1.35 ~1.65Cr, 0.15 ~ 0. 25Mo, 0.70 ~ 1.10A1) was produced by 100 t EBT DC arc furnace - 100 t LF - 200 mm ×200 mm, 150 mm × 150 mm billet concasting machine flow sheet. With using the technology measures such as adding 60% Al at steel tapping, adding 40% M in LF refining, refining by high basicity slag and argon blowing, feeding Φ16 mm 28Ca-55Si wire at end phase of refining, enlarging inside diameter of immerged nozzle for tundish, and whole course shield casting practice, the steel 38CrMoA1 was successfully produced with concasting 5 heats, the total oxygen content in rolled products was (5 ~ 8)×10^-6, and each property all met the requirement of customer.
