摘要
武汉卷烟厂采用序列间歇式活性污泥法(SBR)结合增氧器CWJ-10处理卷烟综合废水,经过3年的运行实践表明,工艺运行稳定可靠,在进水COD为300~1000mg/L、SS为100~500mg/L、BOD5为100~500mg/L,NH3-N为10~20mg/L,TP为1.0mg/L时,出水COD〈70mg/L、BODs〈20mg/L、SS〈30mg/L、NH3-N〈5mg/L,TP〈O.5mg/L,完全实现达标排放。
In some cigarette mill, a SBR oxidation and CWJ-10 wastewater treatment system with 3 000 m^3/d of treatment capacity has been used. It is indicated by three years operation that the process features a stable running and a high treating efficiency. Under the condition of influent COD 300~1 000 mg/L, SS 100~500 mg/L, BODs 100~500 mg/L,NH3-N 10~20 mg/L, TP 1.0 mg/L, the process produces an effluent with COD〈70 mg/L, BODs〈20 mg/L, SS〈30 mg/L. NH3-N〈5 mg/L,TP〈0. 5 mg/L.
