摘要
自20世纪90年代欧美等国启动动物基因组计划以来,畜禽遗传图谱的构建取得了长足的进展,并对畜禽的育种改良正在和即将起着深远的影响。本文综述了用于畜禽遗传图谱构建研究的主要DNA分子标记,遗传图谱构建的基本程序,猪、牛、绵羊和鸡等主要畜禽遗传图谱研究的进展,并对遗传图谱在畜禽基因定位和标记辅助选择方面的应用进行了相应的讨论。
It has made a great progress in the construction of genetic map for domestic animal since the Euramerican animal genome project start--up in 1990s, and made a far--reaching influence on domestic animal breeding. The present paper re- viewed the main DNA markers used in the construction of domestic animal genetic map, basic procedures for the map construction, and the progresses in the map construction in the main domestic animals, such as swine, cattle, sheep and chicken, etc. In addition, the applications of the map in domestic animal gene mapping and marker--assisted selection were discussed.
