急性颅脑创伤后血清游离皮质醇的变化 被引量：3

摘要 皮质醇（cortisol，COR）作为内源性糖皮质激素（Glucocorticoids，GCs）的主要激素，是维持内环境稳态所必需的应激因子。在颅脑创伤后机体处于应激状态，皮质醇分泌可发生剧烈变化。本研究主要评估急性颅脑创伤应激状态下体内皮质醇的活性部分——游离皮质醇的变化。
