摘要
研究了直接加入、干分散、湿分散和恒温水浴分散等4种不同的碳纤维分散工艺对碳纤维水泥基材料力学性能的影响.研究结果表明,采用80℃恒温水浴预分散碳纤维,分散效果最好,能够显著提高碳纤维水泥基材料的抗折强度和拉压比性能,但对抗压强度影响不明显.
This paper studies the effect of four different carbon fiber dispersions such as the direct accession, dry dispersion, wet dispersion and dispersion in constant temperature water bath on carbon fiber reinforced cement-based materials mechanical properties. The results show that the technique of constant temperature water bath at 80 ℃ pre-dispersing carbon fiber enhances tensile strength and tension and compression ratio of carbon fiber reinforced cement-based materials significantly, but not impacts on the compressive strength obviously.
