摘要
在分析送粉式激光熔覆过程中激光束与金属粉末粒子流相互作用的基础上,提出了金属粉末粒子流中激光透光率的分析模型,并通过实验进行了验证。该分析模型反映了激光透光率与工艺参数及熔覆层宏观尺寸之间的关系,为激光熔覆工艺设计奠定了基础。
Based on the analysis of interaction between laser and metal powder stream in powder feeding laser cladding, the analysis model of laser beam permeability was taken out., which reflects the relationship between the permeability and the process parameters and macroscopical dimension of cladding layer. Furthermore, the analysis model was proved by powder feeding laser cladding experiments. The analysis model is helpful to optimize the laser cladding process parameters.
