弧面凸轮等温挤压成形有限元分析

摘要 弧面凸轮轮廓为复杂而不可展开的空间曲面。在毛坯等温挤压过程中,为使材料顺利地充满凹模型腔以及成形后脱模顺利,通过在弧面凸轮曲面上加盖敷料及在各连接处采取圆弧过渡,以制得高精度的近似净形零件毛坯件;并采用MSC.Marc软件,对模具结构优化与刚粘塑性有限元模拟,以验证等温挤压工艺在弧面凸轮毛坯成形的可行性。 The contour surface of globoid cams is compficated dimensional surface without inextensibility. During isothermal extruding of blank, in order to make the material fill successfully into the mold cavity and demould successfully, by using dressing on curved surface of the globoid cams and adopting circular arc transition on each connection, the blank with high precision and shape approximate limit was obtained. Using the MSC.Marc FEM software, theconcave mould cavity was optimized, and rigid and visco plastic was simulated. the feasibility of isothermal extrusion technique was validated.
