摘要
沼气池内的温度对沼液发酵产气起着重要的作用。为了消除气候对发酵的影响,提高冬季沼气产量,依据北方地区生产实践研究设计出一种新型太阳能玻璃钢沼气罐,结合目前国际上先进的玻璃钢罐螺旋工艺技术,采用分体结构,并用太阳能热水循环系统提高玻璃钢沼气池的罐体温度,有效地提高产气率。
The temperature in biogas digester is an important factor in fermentation. In order to avoid the negative climate factors in fermentation and improve the biogas output in winter, a new solar FRP biogas digester was designed according to the production conditions in the northern region. This system integrated the current advanced FRP helix craft to rise the temperature of technique, adopted fission structure, used solar energy hot water circulatory system FRP digester and enhance the rate of producing marsh gas.
