阐述了Web2.0理念和技术,结合当前图书馆信息咨询模式的不足之处,通过引入Web2.0的技术和理念,提出了更加快捷和有效的咨询模式,真正实现了馆员和读者、读者和读者之间的交流与共鸣,提高了信息咨询服务的质量。
This paper expounds the concepts and techniques of Web2.0, and connecting with the shortages of current library's information consultant mode, and through introducing the concepts and techniques of Web2.0, puts forward a quicker and more effect consultant mode, realizing in deed the exchange and resonance between the librarians and the readers and among the readers, and improving the quality of the information consultant service.
