下颈椎前路椎间融合的应用解剖学研究

摘要 目的:研究下颈椎椎间高度和形态学特点为临床进行下颈椎椎间融合提供解剖学依据。方法:对35例健康志愿者根据MRI成像,测量C2~C7椎间盘前、中、后不同高度及前后径长度;同时用高精度游标卡尺对国人C3~C7椎体干燥标本的宽度和前后径进行测量。结果:椎间隙测量值前方为(0.46±0.06)~(0.60±0.05)cm;中间为(0.56±0.07)~(0.72±0.06)cm;后方为(0.40±0.07)~(0.50±0.07)cm,髓核的前后矢状径为(0.91±0.13)~(1.08±0.14)cm。椎体矢状径测量值为(1.45±0.14)~(1.68±0.17)cm,椎体横径测量值为(1.96±0.13)~(2.52±0.14)cm。结论:进行颈椎前路减压和椎间融合时,要选择适合的长度、宽度和高度的椎间融合器。 Objective:To observe the height and morphological characteristic of the lower cervical for anterior fusion. Methods:By the scanning on 35 healthy volunteers by MRI T2WIo The height (anterior,middle,posterior),width,depth of the disc space on C2-C7 were measured. The width and depth on dry specimen of C3-C7 by precision vernier calipers were also measured. Results :The anterior height of the disc space is (0.46±0.06)-(0.60±0.05)cm; the middle height is (0.56±0.07)-(0.72±0.06)cm; the posterior height is (0.40±0.07)-(0.50±0.07)cm. The depth of the dry cervical vertebral is (1.45±0.14)-( 1.68±0.17)cm, the depth of nucleus pulpous is (0.91±0.13)-(1.08±0.14)cm.Conclusion: During the operation of the anterior cervical, decompression, interbody fusion, the compatible instrument on length ,width and height must be selected.
