摘要
采用空间啮合理论对超环面行星蜗杆传动的啮合特性进行了系统的研究。给出了定子螺旋面和转子蜗杆齿廓曲面方程以及行星轮轮齿滚珠与定子螺旋面及转子蜗杆之间的接触线方程。以上述工作为基础,进而导出了行星轮轮齿滚珠与定子螺旋面及转子蜗杆之间的接触线上诱导法曲率以及接触线与相对速度之间夹角计算公式。分析了啮合特性的影响因素和影响规律,为该种传动的设计与制造提供了理论依据。
おn the basis of the engagement principle of spatial curved surface, the engagement features of the toroidal drive are systematically studied. The curved surface equations of the teeth profile on the stator helical surface and the rotor worm are given. The contacting line equations between the ball or tooth of the planet gear and the stator helical surface and the ones between that ball and the rotor worm are also given. Based on the above results, the calculating formulae of the induced normal curvatures and the angles between the contacting line and direction of the relative sliding speed are introduced. The affecting factors on the engagement features and their effects are analyzed. The results provide important knowledge for the production, design and use of the drive.
