摘要
首次用路易斯酸作为催化剂,以水杨酸和乙酸酐为原料合成乙酰水杨酸.当水杨酸用量为2.0 g,乙酸酐用量为5.0 mL,NiSO4用量为0.4 g时,反应体系维持80℃反应30 min,乙酰水杨酸收率可达85.2%.
Acetyl salicylic acid has been synthesized from salicylic acid and acetic anhydride catalysed by Lewis acids. The target compound could be obtained in 81.2% yield after heating of the reaction mixtures (salicylic acid 2. 0 g, acetic anhydride 5.0 mL, NiSO4 0. 4 g) , 80 ℃ reaction for 30 min. It has proved that acetyl salicylic acid can be synthesized in high yield with the catalysis of NiSO4.
