摘要
网络关系普遍存在于企业环境中,中国企业的网络关系尤为复杂,而传统的企业战略理论没有考虑网络关系因素。网络关系决定了企业的总体战略定位,而企业的总体战略定位又会影响企业现有网络关系的维系和培养。企业要想成为网络关系中的最大受益者,就要努力成为网络中价值最大者和网络核心。
Network relationship which originated in the unique Chinese family culture exists in business environment at large. The Chinese enterprise network relationship is especially complex, while the traditional enterprise strategic theory does not take into account the elements in network relationship. The network relation decides the company's overall strategic positioning, while the enterprise's overall strategic positioning will in turn affeet the maintenance and cultivation of relations between the enterprises in the existing networks. To become the biggest beneficiaries of the network, enterprises should strive to become the center and the greatest value in the network.
