摘要
推导出了根据发光效能和光谱功率分布函数,计算了白光LED能量转换效率的公式,研究了1 W白光LED能量转换效率与工作电流、环境温度和发光效能之间关系,并对荧光粉涂敷前后白光LED能量转换效率的变化进行了分析。研究结果表明,5、1 W白光LED能量转换效率分别为22.67%和14.87%,1 W白光LED的能量转换效率,随着工作电流、环境温度的增加而下降,能量转换效率与发光效能比值基本恒定,荧光粉涂敷前后白光LED能量转换效率从21.2%下降到15.11%,荧光粉能量转换效率约为93%。
