２０例对照者和７５例慢阻肺、肺心病患者用γ照相机测定其左室射血分数（ＬＶＥＦ），并从中选择３０例典型肺心病病人（包括失代偿期病人）行Ｓｗａｎ－Ｇａｎｚ导管检查，以测量肺毛嵌压等参数。通过协方差分析，除外年龄、心率的影响后，各组间ＬＶＥＦ均无显著差异（Ｐ＞０．０５）。３０例肺心病病人的肺毛嵌压、心脏指数均在正常范围内。提示慢性肺心病病人，即使是心功失代偿期，其左心功能也基本是正常的。
Noninvasive measurements of left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF) by radiounclide ventriculography were performed in 20 control subjects and 75 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD) and cor pulmonale. Simultaneous right heart catherizations were performed in 30 patients with cor pulmonale to determine pulmonary capillary wedged pressure (PCWP). After excepting the effects of age and cardiac rate, the mean LVEFs did not show significant difference among the groups(P>0.05). The PCWP and cardic index of the 30 patients with cor pulmonale were all normal. It suggested that the left heart function in patients with chronic cor pulmonale, even if in decompensatary phase, is normal.
