新型絮凝剂P(AM-DMC-VTMS)的反相乳液聚合及其脱色性能研究 被引量:2

摘要 以丙烯酰胺(AM)、甲基丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化铵(DMC)和乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷(VTMS)为共聚单体,利用反相乳液聚合法合成了一种新型的疏水型阳离子絮凝剂P(AM-DMC-VTMS)。P(AM-DMC-VTMS)比P(AM-DMC)具有更好的脱色效果,且随着VTMS的增加脱色效果增强;在疏水单体含量一定的情况下,随着阳离子度的增加,最佳剂量减小,脱色效果提高;NaCl浓度的增加使脱色效果降低,但下降幅度不大;在酸性条件下P(AM-DMC-VTMS)的脱色效果较好,且在pH=5时脱色效果最佳。 A novel hydrophobically cationic flocculant, poly (acrylamide/2- [ (methacryloyloxy) ethyl] trimethylammonium chloride/vinyl trimethoxy silane), viz. (P(AM-DMC-VTMS), is synthesized in inverse emulsion with VA-044 as an initiator. The decolorizafion efficiency of P(AM-DMC-VTMS)is higher than that of P(AM-DMC), and the decolorizafion efficiency improves with the increase of VTMS content. While the content of VTMS is fixed, the optimal dosage decreases and the decolorizafion ratio is improved when the cationicity increases. With the concentration of NaCl increasing, the decolorization ratio decreases gently. When pH value is 5 the decolorization ratio can be the best.
