摘要
对N-(膦羧甲基)亚氨基二乙酸(简称双甘膦)的生产工艺进行了改进,原工艺采用的是在酸性条件下高温时将甲醛加入到亚磷酸和亚氨基二乙酸一钠盐混合溶液里进行反应,工业上亚磷酸的合成一般采用三氯化磷水解制得,新工艺是直接将三氯化磷用于双甘膦的生产,不仅可以简化操作过程,而且对于降低生产成本及能耗有明显意义,用三氯化磷作为基本原料,探讨了水解用水量,三氯化磷与亚氨基二乙酸一钠盐的配比及工艺操作条件,三氯化磷加入方式等因素的影响,双甘膦的收率达到93%以上。
The improvement on production process of N-(phosphonomethyl) iminodiacetic acid (PSIDA) was introduced. Phosphorus trichloride was added directly in the improvement production of N-(phosphonomethyl) iminodiacetic acid. The new process simplified the operation, reduced the cost and saved the energy. The influence factors such as the water dosage on hydrolysts, the ratio of phosphorus trichloride to MSIDA, adding mode of phosphorus trichloride, were studied. The yield of PMIDA was over 93 %.
