摘要
以工业级湿法磷酸和工业尿素为原料合成磷酸脲,在反应体系中采用一种高效反应活化剂RX-Ⅲ,可达到简化复杂的净化处理工序、提高磷酸脲晶体纯度的目的。试验采用正交试验方法对合成工艺进行了优化实验,实验结果表明了最优化的工艺条件为:尿素与磷酸的摩尔比为1.1∶1、湿法磷酸活化剂RX-Ⅲ用量0.15%、反应温度75℃、反应时间0.7 h,收率80.5%。
Urea phosphate was prepared from wet process phosphoric acid. A high activator RX - Ⅲ was adopted to simplify the purification and increase the purity of product. Result showed that the optimal condition was as follows: molar ratio of urea to phosphoric acid 1.1 : 1, amount of RX - Ⅲ 0. 15% and reaction at 75 ℃ for 0.7 h, with the yield of 80.5%.
