摘要
针对目前的学校管理并未真正实现以人为中心的理念的现状,采用了文献法等研究方法,对以往关注人的发展的相关理论进行了回溯,得出在今天的学校管理中必须着重理顺领导者、教师群和学生群之间的关系的认识。进而,针对这三类群体的特点,探讨了实现以人为中心的学校管理理念的一般途径。
In view of the present situation that the idea of humans as the core has not been realized in school management,the articles use the literature way to reback the theories about the idea with man＇s developing.To realize the idea of school management idea with human as the core,it is very impotent to bring into better balance the relations among leaders,teachers and students.Then,aiming at their chracters,the articles discusses the practical methods to realize this idea.
