摘要
假定钢筋产生均匀锈蚀时锈蚀层膨胀效应与"温度"膨胀具有相似性,采用锈蚀"温度环"模拟锈蚀层膨胀效应.假定钢筋锈蚀所产生的膨胀应力导致了混凝土中粗骨料与砂浆的界面应力,采用能量释放率描述界面裂纹开展的阻力梯度,从而基于粗骨料与砂浆界面效应的细观断裂性能建立了混凝土保护层的损伤模型,与氯离子侵蚀条件下的钢筋锈蚀预测模型相结合,实现了钢筋保护层损伤的时间序列分析方法.通过算例计算分析,实现了钢筋保护层混凝土初始损伤、损伤发展的影响因素、不同氯离子浓度水平时的保护层混凝土损伤时间过程的描述.
The similarity between the expanding effect of rust-eaten, which is in the statue of homogeneous rust-eaten, and temperature expansion was assumed to be real, the "temperature ring" of rusteaten was simulated the expansion effect of rust-eaten cover. Based on the assumption that swelling stress of rust-eaten lead to interface stress between aggregate material and mortar, and the application that energy release rate was defined by resistance gradient being used to describing expansion of interface crack, the damage model of concrete cover was created thinking micros-fracture performance of that interface. And which model was combined with prediction model of rust-eaten bar under chloride corrosion, the method of time series analysis to damage of the concrete cover. As a calculated example, to the damage of concrete cover, there are primer knowledge about its initial damage, the influencing factors of damage development and time series of damage under varied concentration gradient of chloride.
