摘要
本文分析了矿业城市问题的诸多问题,关于矿业产业定位不合理,以及矿业城市的产业结构不合理,地质勘探滞后、勘探投入不足、矿业开发引发多种环境等问题,提出"发展新产业、绿色矿城、开源节流、产业复位、税制改革、财政补贴"多种模式相结合的措施,帮助矿业城市摆脱困境。
This paper analysis several problem about the mine city, those problem include irrational situation of mining industry orientation and mining industrial structure, lack geological exploration invest, Environmental Problems, etc. In order to develop mine city, we put forwards several pattern which include new economic industry development, Improve Environment of mine city, increase new sources of supply and reduce consumption, Resetting situation of mining industry orientation, tax reform, financial subsidies＇.
