摘要
目的探讨低位直肠癌保肛术的手术方式选择。方法回顾性分析我院1998年1月-2008年1月施行低位直肠癌保肛手术36例的临床资料。结果本组无手术死亡病例。发生吻合口瘘1例，无吻合口狭窄发生，均治愈出院。术后平均随访5年，健在28例，5年生存率为77．8％。肿瘤局部复发4例，复发率为11％。结论对于低位直肠癌病人，严格掌握适应证、正确选择术式是保肛手术取得成功的关键。
Objective To analyze the surgical procedures of anal preservation method in patients with low rectal cancer. Methods The clinical data of 36 patients with low rectal cancer subject to anal preservation operation from Jan. 1998 to Jan. 2008 were analyzed retrospectively. Results No patient died of the operation. Anastomotic leakage occurred in one case after operation. There was no postoperative anastomotic stenosis. All patients were cured. During a mean follow-up period of 5 yeras,28 cases survived with the 5-year survival rate being 77. 8%. Local recurrence occurred in 4 cases with the recurrence rate being 110%. Conclusion For patients with low rectal cancer, strict selection of operative indications and accurate surgical procedures are the key for the success of anal preservation operation.
