摘要
在大学毕业生就业的过程中,美国政府的主要做法是提供相关法律保障和就业信息引导,日本采取的是以政府为主导,学校、社会和用人单位密切配合、协调一致的统一就业制度,德国政府的主要做法是提供相关咨询、指导和服务。它们积极参与大学毕业生就业的做法及相关经验可以为完善我国的大学生就业体制提供些许借鉴。
In the process of the employment of university graduates, the American governmental serves as the legal protection and information guide, the Japanese government plays a leading role, universities ,society and employer cooperate closely in the unified employment system, and the German governmental provides consult, guide and service for the graduates. The conducts that the governments in three countries participate actively into university graduate the employment and effective experience they get could provide some reference for improving university graduate employment system in China.
