点时间尿蛋白与尿肌酐比值与24h尿蛋白定量对应关系的研究 被引量:13

摘要 目的:研究随机尿蛋白与尿肌酐比值与24h尿蛋白定量之间的相关性及对应数值关系。方法:选取35例患者,对其随机尿蛋白与尿肌酐比值与24h尿蛋白定量进行相关性分析。应用ROC曲线分析24h尿蛋白定量3.5、1.0和0.3g与随机尿蛋白与尿肌酐比值之间的对应关系。结果:随机尿蛋白与尿肌酐比值与24h尿蛋白定量中度相关(r=0.615,P<0.001)。应用ROC曲线分析24h尿蛋白定量3.5、1.0和0.3g与随机尿蛋白与尿肌酐比值之间的对应关系分别为2.99、1.15和0.45g/g,敏感性与特异性均最佳。结论:点时间尿蛋白与尿肌酐比值可以替代24h尿蛋白定量。
