业务外包是图书馆行业近年来兴起的一种经营管理模式。在图书馆业务外包过程中还存在着一些不足,其中比较普遍的是图书馆业务外包后质量控制比较困难,某些业务水平下降。在业务外包过程中,图书馆只有采取正确的策略,加强质量控制,才能够扬长避短,达到预期的目的。参考文献2。
Library outsourcing is a fashionable mode of library management in recent years. However, the result is still unsatisfactory. It is widely acknowledged that there are difficulties in the outsourcing quality control, which usually leads to the decline of library services. Therefore, library need reinforce its quality control in the whole process under the guidance of appropriate strategy to achieve its desired objectives. 2 refs.
