摘要
将碳纤维和钢纤维同时添加到混凝土中形成混杂纤维增韧混凝土,采用钢筋对剖开槽贴片的方法,进行了钢筋有效粘结区长度分别为8d,12d,24d(d为钢筋直径)的粘结性能试验研究。根据试验结果,分析了由于粘结长度的不同以及裂缝的开展对于粘结应力和滑移分布规律的影响,给出了裂缝间粘结应力分布规律的表达式以及滑移沿试件长度分布规律的表达式。建立了混凝土与变形钢筋粘结应力和滑移沿试件长度分布规律的表达式。推导了实用的荷载、试件长度以及加载端滑移三者间的关系表达式。
The distribution law of bond stress and slip of different anchored ribbed bar is studied, Tests were conducted on the specimens reinforced with hot-rolled ribbed bars that had been fully instrumented internally with electrical resistance strain gauges. Meanwhile, 0.2 % carbon fiber (volume fraction) and 0.3 % steel fiber were added to high performance concrete simultaneously. Six specimens with three different bond lengths had been researched. According to the experimental results, the empirical formulas of distribution law of the bond stress and the strain were presented. The relationship between load, bond length and slip was derived. The distance of transverse crack has been taken into account.
