摘要 通过研究石油井下工具生产工艺和结构特点,提出了面向对象,特征化、参数化、模块化的数字模型建立方法。结合三维造型软件SolidWorks和可视化的编程工具Visual Basic 6.0,开发了"石油井下工具虚拟设计仿真平台",提供了井下工具的模型建立,模型装配、有限元分析、仿真等基本操作和计算。将程序的集中控制能力、数据库的集成管理能力和三维虚拟设计仿真相结合,实现了井下工具初步设计阶段产品模型的信息化集成设计与管理。 The product technics and structure character on down-hole tools were studied, and the establishing method of digital model was put forward on Object Oriented, characteristic, parametric and modularization. Relying on 3-D molding software SolidWorks and visual programming tools Visual Basic 6.0, the virtual design and simulation platform on down-hole tools were exploited, which provided the basic operation and calculation from model building, model assembling, finite element analysis to model simulation on down-hole tools. Through the combination of the program’s centralization control ability, the database’s integration management and 3-D virtual design and simulation, the integration design and management of product model in the preliminary design stage of down-hole tools were realized.
