摘要
私立高校在美国高等教育发展中占据重要位置。随着私立高等教育的发展,竞争变得日趋激烈,私立大学因为各种原因退出办学领域现象时有发生。对美国私立大学退出概况、退出原因、退出程序和方式等进行分析探讨,对于当前我国建立民办高校退出机制,具有一定的借鉴意义。
The private- run colleges and universities have occupied important positions in American higher education. With the development of private - run higher education, the competition there gets more and more violent. Owing to various reasons, the private - run colleges and universities often withdraw from school - running field. It has certain experience - borrowing meaning for setting up the withdrawing mechanism of our country＇ s civilian - run colleges and universities to study the withdrawing conditions, reasons, program and mode of American private - run colleges and universities.
