腺苷A2a受体基因敲除小鼠不同繁育方法比较 被引量:1

摘要 目的繁殖和鉴定以C57BL/6为背景的腺苷A2a受体基因敲除小鼠。方法将引进的腺苷A2a受体基因敲除杂合子小鼠进行饲养繁殖,从子鼠的个体组织(尾部)中提取基因组DNA进行PCR分析,对其基因型进行鉴定,以确定纯合子A2a受体基因敲除小鼠。结果腺苷A2a受体基因敲除杂合子小鼠的饲养和鉴定均获得成功,并获得了较多的基因敲除纯合子小鼠。结论正确的饲养繁殖以及鉴定方法,可以获得不同基因型的腺苷A2a受体基因敲除小鼠。
