摘要
为了提高我国大地震速报能力，建立中国大地震卫星速报台网，首次在我国建立了全国性实时传输数字地震遥测台网。本文介绍了台网的设计目标、基本功能、主要技术环节和设备情况。此台网已通过了验收并于１９９７年１月开始投入运行。
To improve the quality of the information of great earthquake alerting, a satellite based great earthquake alerting network is developed in China, the first nationwide digital seismic network in this country based on real time data transmission. This thesis reports various aspects of development process including: the goal for designing, its primary functions and features, descriptions on equipment system. The network has been apprasated by SSB and has been operating since January 1997.
