摘要
采用热力学平衡分析的方法研究了3种吸附剂CaO、SiO2、Al2O3在垃圾焚烧中对镉(Cd)进行脱除的影响.采用系统吉布斯自由能最小的方法进行计算,计算软件为CHEMKIN.结果表明,吸附剂CaO对Cd的化学吸附效果较差,SiO2和Al2O3对Cd的吸附效果较好,SiO2能在较大温度范围内对Cd进行高效的脱除.同时对垃圾中含有的S、Cl对吸附剂性能的影响进行了评价,结果表明,S、Cl与Cd有很强的亲合力,会抑制SiO2和Al2O3对Cd的吸附,但在1200~1300K,SiO2对Cd的化学吸附效率在80%以上.研究发现,Cl能使Al2O3对Cd的脱除失效,但在S存在的情况下,Al2O3是一种很好的镉吸附剂;SiO2、Al2O3共存时,SiO2对Cd的脱除性能优于Al2O3.
An equilibrium analysis was performed to determine the effect of sorbents (CaO,SiO2, Al2 O3 ) on Cd adsorption under the conditions of municipal solid waste (MSW) incineration. Using the thermodynamic equilibrium software CHEMKIN, the Gibbs free energy of the reaction system was minimized according to chemical potentials combined with atom population constraints. The results indicated that CaO was not effective for the adsorption of Cd, while SiO2 and Al2O3 had a good adsorption of Cd. Sulfur and chlorine in MSW are found to have a strong affinity with Cd, restraining the Cd capture by SiO2, but the adsorption efficiency of Cd by SiO2 between 1 200 K and 1 300 K remains above 80% . The results also show that the presence of chlorine leads to noneffeetiveness of Al2O3 on Cd adsorption, but with sulfur present, Al2O3 is also a good sorbent. The adsorption capacity of SiO2 is greater than that of Al2O3 when they coexist.
