微流控电泳芯片微电导检测器的研制

Development of Micro-conductivity Detector for Microfluidic Capillary Electrophoresis Chip

摘要 结合电导测量原理以及计算机智能控制技术,设计了一种适合微流控电泳芯片电容耦合非接触电导检测器。文中具体介绍了该检测器硬件组成以及工作原理。该检测器的原理清楚,结构简单,易于微型化、集成化,不污染检测电极,在微型全分析系统中具有十分重要的应用价值。同时,该检测器的信号调理电路不仅可应用于微电导检测,还可配上不同的传感器用于其它测量微弱电流信号的场合。 Combined with the technology of electronics conductivity measurement and computer intelligent control, a novel capacitively coupled contactless conductivity detector (C4D) for micro-fluidic capillary electrophoresis chip is presented in this article. This article introduces the hardware construction and the working principle of the detector in detail. The characteristics of C^4D detector are simple in structure, easy in miniaturization and integration, and free of electrodes contamination, so it have the important value of application in miniaturized total analysis systems (u-TAS). Simultaneity, the signal processing circuit of this detector not only can apply to the micro-conductivity detection, but also can apply to the other situations with different sensors to test micro current signal.
