摘要
为解决工业生产中对锅炉内部水位的远程监测,本文设计了一种水位仪自动判读监视系统,并实现了此系统核心部件,即嵌入式视频处理平台。基于提出的多空间的、多小波变换的水位仪判读算法进行了仿真测试,该方法应用于判读系统提高了水位仪实时监视效果并实现了自动判读。实验结果表明该系统能在复杂监视背景下有效识别水位仪红绿色条分界点,使确定水位位置及计算水位高度准确、高效。它保证了锅炉的安全生产,为锅炉水位的自动控制提供了可能。
During the industrial production, in order to acquire the water level inside the boiler distantly, the paper proposed a scheme to realize the supervision and interpretation system for the water level. It also provides how to design the system core part, an embedded video signal processing platform. Based on the given multi -wavelet algorithm on multi-spaces, the processing results are given in details. The algorithm is applied in the embedded platform and gets good performance, it can interpret the water level automatically. The system proposed in this paper can distinguish the boundary between red stripe and green stripe effectively under complicated background, and make it more accurate in determining the water level and more effective in calculating the water height. It is proved that the effect of this system is good and makes the automatic water controlling for the boiler possible.
