摘要
本文对国内外现有结、除霜实验台、实验系统进行了较为全面的调研,对霜层参数测试技术,如霜层表面温度、厚度、密度、导热系数及微观形貌等,从技术原理、应用现状以及适用条件等方面进行了总结与分析。指出霜层厚度与霜层表面温度是霜层参数中的关键因素。现有霜层厚度测试技术与实际脱节,导致实际运行中的设备普遍存在"误除霜"事故,因此作者提出发展新型霜层参数监测技术,如光电耦合技术,来解决霜层参数在线监测问题,并加强现有结霜实验系统的控制水平,以求进一步完善结霜机理研究。
In this paper, the test rigs and experiment systems for frosting and defrosting processes in China and abroad were firstly investigated. Secondly, from the aspects of technology principles, application status and adaptable conditions, testing technologies for frost layer parameters, such as surface temperature, thickness, density, thermal conductivity and morphology of the frost layer, etc. were analyzed and studied. The results indicated that the frost thickness and frost surface temperature were the key parameters. In addition, the current used technologies were divorced from practice and resulted in the false defrosting under real operation conditions. Therefore, the photo-coupler technology for monitoring frost layer parameters was put forward to solve the corresponding problems, also to improve the control level of frost experiment systems and to improve the theory study of frost process.
