摘要
国家助学贷款自1999年正式实施以来,使更多的贫困生有了接受高等教育的机会,并逐步成为我国高等教育资助体系中最重要的资助方式。对国家助学贷款校级管理现状以及存在问题的原因进行了系统地考察。在此基础上,为完善我国高校国家助学贷款管理工作提出了几点建议。
The National Student Loan has provided more opportunities for poor students to accept the higher education since it was carried out in 1999. Now it becomes the most important supporting system for poor students in colleges and universities. In this thesis, the author found out the present condition of the National Student Loan＇s management and some problems about school management of National Student Loan. The author analyzes the reasons that cause to these problems, and tries to provide some suggestions to perfect the school management of National Student Loan.
