摘要
结合工程实例,从质量、进度、组织协调和安全管理等方面浅析了监理工作的一些体会和做法,得出只有重视并做好监理工作的预控,才能避免失误,减少事故的发生,保证工程质量,从而保证监理人员的地位和信誉。
Combined with the engineering example, the author analyzes the experience of the supervision work from the aspects of the quality, the progress, the organization and the coordination, the safety management, obtains that only the pre-control of the supervision work is re garded, can the failure be avoided, can the accident be reduced and can the engineering quality be guaranteed, to guarantee the status and the reputation.
