长球囊血管成形术并长支架置入治疗糖尿病下肢缺血56例 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨长球囊血管成形术联合长支架置入术(LBPTALS))治疗糖尿病下体缺血的疗效。方法:采用经皮穿刺同侧或对侧股动脉,以造影明确病变动脉部位及病变长度,行长球囊血管成形术后放置长支架。结果:56例(68条患肢)长球囊血管成形术及支架置入术均获成功,踝肱指数由0.42±0.17增至术后7天的0.75±0.28(P<0.05)。56例随访7天~8月,平均随访3月,肢体通畅率92.8%(52/56)。结论:长球囊血管成形术联合长支架置入术操作简便、微创、安全,是治疗糖尿病下体缺血有效方法。 Objective: To evaluate clinical effects of long balloon pereutaneous transluminal angioplasty plus long stent implantation treating diabetes with lower extremity isehemia. Methods: After the identification of the stenosis by angiography via femoral artery access by pereutaneous puncture, long stents were planted in patients after long balloon pereutaneous transluminal angioplasty. Results.. A total of 56 cases (68 legs) had undergone long balloon pereutaneous transluminal angioplasty and long stents implantation. The procedure was technically successful in all the patients, The ankle brachial index (ABI) increased from 0.42±0.17 preoperatively to 0.75±0.28 on the 7 day postoperatively (P〈0.05). Follow-up checkups in all the cases for 1±8 months (mean 3 months) revealed a primary pateney rate of 92.8% (52/56). Conclusion, Long balloon pereutaneous transluminal angioplasty plus long stent implantation is a safe and effective method treating diabetes with lower extremity isehemia.
