摘要 目的:探讨脑梗塞大鼠脑脊液载脂蛋自E(ApoE)基因多态性与周围脑组织水肿的关系。方法:对ApoE基因扩增DNA,进行AfIⅢ和HaeⅡ双酶切技术,检测16例脑梗塞大鼠ApoE基因型频率,根据脑梗塞大鼠标本切片计算脑水肿指数,统计学分析它们之间的关系。结果:脑水肿指数与ApoE3呈负相关,而与ApoE4呈正相关,两者都具有统计学意义,脑梗塞大鼠脑脊液ApoE3和ApoE4与周围脑组织水肿具有相关性。结论:脑梗塞大鼠脑脊液ApoE多态性可能是影响周围脑组织水肿的因素之一。 Objective: To study the relationship between cerebrospinal fluids apolipoprotein E (ApoE) polymorphism and brain edema in rats with cerebral infarction. Methods: The cerebrospinal fluids ApoE genetic polymorphism was analyzed by PCR and AfⅠⅢ and HaeⅡdouble enzyme digestion. The edema index was estimated by pathological methods in 16 rats with cerebral infarction. The relationship between cerebrospinal fluids apolipoprotein E (ApoE) polymorphism and brain edema was analyzed by statistic software. Results: There was negative correlation between brain edema index and ApoE3 (r=-0.434, P〈0.05) and positive correlation between brain edema and ApoE4 (r= 0. 415, P〈0.05). Conclusion: The cerebrospinal fluids ApoE polymorphism may be one of the factors affecting the brain edema in rats with cerebral infarction.
