摘要
目的观察中西医结合治疗慢性盆腔炎的疗效。方法将129例慢性盆腔炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组用中西医结合疗法,对照组用抗生素治疗。结果治疗组疗效明显优于对照组,有效率分别为97.47%和76.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=14.59,P<0.01)。结论中西医结合疗法比单用西药疗效好。
[ Objective] To observe the effect of combination of combination treatment of traditional chinese （TCM） and western medicine （WM）. [Methods] 129 patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory were divided into treatment group and control group. The former were treated with combination of TCM and WM, and the later were treated with antibiotic. [ Results ] The Effect of the treatment group was better than the control group with effective rate of 97.4% and 76.00% respectively, the difference was significant（ X^2 =14.59, P 〈0.01）. [ Conclusion] The effect of combination of TCM with WM is better than the treatment of WM alone.
