摘要
利用宝钢钢渣具有一定活性特征,采用宝钢钢渣、粉煤灰等原材料成功配制了用于房屋纠偏和基础加固的多种压密灌浆材料。研究表明:掺入宝钢钢渣后,可提高压密浆灌浆材料的流动性,减少其收缩,加快其凝结时间,明显提高其强度,改善了灌浆材料的多种性能。提出了一种钢渣开发利用的新途径。
Many kinds of compaction grouting materials for building correction and foundation reinforcement were successfully prepared with Baosteel' s slag and fly ash because the slag from Baosteel features some activity. The re- search shows that Baosteel' s slag can improve the fluidity of the grouting material, decrease its contractibility, accelerate its hardening time and obviously enhance its strength. It makes the grouting material better in its performances and blazes a new way of utilizing Baosteel' s slag.
