乳腺癌彩色多普勒血流表现与VEGF表达的相关性 被引量:1

摘要 目的彩色多普勒超声检测乳腺癌血流并探讨其与血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)的关系。方法彩色多普勒超声检测50例乳腺癌血流信号(0~Ⅲ级)并与免疫组织化学技术检测的乳腺癌VEGF表达相比较。结果50例乳腺癌中,VEGF阳性表达者34例(68%)。42例Ⅱ~Ⅲ级血流组中VEGF阳性33例,阳性率为78.6%;8例0~Ⅰ级血流组中VEGF阳性1例,阳性率为12.5%。乳腺癌Ⅱ~Ⅲ级血流组中VEGF表达水平高于乳腺癌0~Ⅰ级血流组,差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论乳腺癌中彩色血流分级随着VEGF表达水平的增强而明显增高,彩色多普勒超声检测乳腺癌血流结合VEGF表达可反映乳腺癌的血管生成特征。 Objective Purpose To evaluate the relationship between blood flow signals on color Doppler ultrasound (CDU) and expression of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) in breast carcinomas. Methods Blood flow signals of breast carcinomas were preoperatively evaluated by CDU grade 0-Ⅲ in 50 patients. Expression of VEGF in breast carcinomas was assessed immunohistochemically. Results In 50 breast carcinoma, 34(68%) showed positive expression of VEGF. In 42 cases with grade Ⅱ-Ⅲ of blood flow signals on CDU,33 (78.6%) showed positive expression of VEGF. In 8 cases with grade 0-Ⅰ of blood flow signals on CDU,1 (12.5%) showed positive expression of VEGF. There were significant difference between the two groups (P〈 0.01 Conclusion Blood flow signals of breast carcinoma on CDU increase significantly with the increase of the expression of VEGF. Combination of blood flow signals on CDU and immunohistochemical parameters is useful in evaluating the angiogenesis of breast carcinoma.
