摘要
针对原油酸值为零的辽河油田曙光4714区块原油,进行了碱/表面活性剂/聚合物(简称ASP)复合驱油的研究。从14种表面活性剂中优选出了两种与NaOH+Na2CO3混合碱和聚合物复配的ASP体系,可使油/水动态界面张力平衡值降至10-4mN/m;还研究了该配方体系与原油的乳化性能、长期稳定性,并作出了活性图;驱油实验结果表明在人造岩心上ASP体系可提高采收率20.6%,在人工充填天然油砂岩心上可提高采收率26.8%,采出液十几分钟后乳化现象消失,油/水彻底分离,界面清晰。本试验结果表明:对于无酸值低活性原油,ASP复合驱也具有较好的潜在应用价值。
Of 14 petroluem sulfonates, two (0.2% JH5 4B or JH5 2B) are selected out and 0.5% NaOH+1.0% Na 2CO 3 and 0.08% HPAM AC530 are used to formulate ASP flooding systems for reservoirs of zero acid value and low activity crude oil Block Shuguang 4 7 14 of Liahe. The equillibrium values of dynamic interfacial tension between the systems and the crude can be as low as 10 -4 mN/m. The O/W and W/O emulsions formed with the systems and crude are unstable. The systems are relalively stable at 53℃. The activity diagrams are constructed. In core flood experiments the enhancement in oil recovey by these systems on artificial cores is 20.6% and on natural oily sand packs -26.8%.
