摘要
目的探讨肺炎性假瘤的影像学特征及与肺癌、肺其他良性肿瘤的鉴别诊断要点。方法回顾性分析18例经手术病理证实的肺炎性假瘤的X线、CT表现。结果大部分病例均表现为圆形、类圆形结节或肿块,1例呈不规则形,大小15～55mm,边缘呈锯齿状,有浅分叶,其中7例可见病灶一侧或两侧缘平直、垂直于胸膜面。结论综合分析肺炎性假瘤的影像资料,充分结合临床病史,能提高肺炎性假瘤影像诊断的准确率。
Objective To study the radiological features of pulmonary inflammatory pseudotumor and differentiation from lung cancer or other pulmonary benign masses. Methods X rays and CT manifestations of 18 cases of pulmonary inflammatory pseudotumor proved by operation and pathology were analyzed retrospectively. Results Most masses were revealed as round,oral node or mass,one case as irregular shape.Dimension of loci were from 15 mm to 55 ram,margin serrated or lobulated shallowly and unilateral or bilateral borders of loci straight and perpendicular to pleural surface for 7 cases. Conclusion To improve diagnostic accuracy of pulmonary inflammatory pseudotumor,it is necessary to carefully analyze radiological data of lesion combined with clinical history.
