摘要
目的分析我院住院病人抗菌药物应用情况及变化趋势。方法随机抽查2002～2006年我院住院病历2974份,对所用抗菌药物的类别、使用率进行统计分析。结果抗菌药物使用率为64.3%,应用最多的类别为头孢菌素类,其次为喹诺酮类,第三为β-内酰胺类/β-内酰胺酶抑制剂类,第四为青霉素类。结论我院住院病人抗菌药物使用率较高,但呈逐年下降趋势。抗菌药物使用中仍存在许多问题,需加大对抗菌药物的管理力度,以达到抗菌药物的合理应用。
Objective To analysis the rate and tendency of used antibiotic drugs of inpatents in our hospital.methods 2974 case Medical records in 2002--2006 were randomy sampled from inpatents of our hospital, The variety, rate were statistieally. Results The rate of used antibiotic drugs was 64.3%, cephalospins were in the first rank, quir/olones were in the second rank, 13 -lactamaseinhibititors were there. Conclusion The rate of used antibiotic drugs of inpatients was higher but reduced gradually in our hospital.The mang problems of the use antibiotic drugs still exist in our hospital.The usage of antibiotic drugs should be supervised more intensively, in order to achieve the rational usage of antibiotic drugs in our hospital.
